If we could bake the dots and just draw on top of it, it would be similar to sculpting in zbrush / sculptris.ĭon't get me wrong, drawing on different planes is a great feature and absolutely a keeper, but did you thought about sculpting, too? The proximity is adjusted according to the brush size. I fixed it by removing the colliders entirely and instead have it destroy only dots within a certain proximity to the cursor, and only when the eraser is selected and the mouse button is held down. With a big drawing there could easily be hundreds of dots all trying to calculate physics. each dot object had a physics collider on it so that the dots know when its touching the eraser.
